Scope of Work – Alufer Guinea Mining Bauxite Project

1. Steel Erection of Crusher Structural Building

   • Fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components for the crusher building.
   • Alignment and secure bolting/welding of steel framework to support the crusher machinery.
   • Application of protective coatings for durability in harsh mining conditions.
   • Structural load testing and quality inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

2. Installation of Mechanical Pumps

   • Positioning and alignment of pumps for material handling and slurry transport.
   • Integration of pumps with pipeline networks, valves, and control systems.
   • Testing and commissioning to ensure optimal pump performance.
   • Routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent operational downtime.

3. Steel Erection and Installation of Stockpile Conveyor

   • Assembly and installation of steel structures to support the stockpile conveyor system.
   • Alignment and securing of conveyor trusses, supports, and walkways.
   • Installation of conveyor belts, rollers, and tensioning systems for efficient material transport.
   • Testing and commissioning to ensure smooth conveyor operations.

4. Erection of Stockpile Tunnel and Apron Feeder Platform

   • Construction of underground and above-ground structural supports for stockpile tunnels.
   • Installation of platforms, beams, and access points for apron feeder maintenance.
   • Structural reinforcement to handle heavy load capacities.
   • Ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

5. Installation of Stockpile Apron Feeders, Mechanical Pumps, and Platework

   • Placement and secure installation of apron feeders for controlled material flow.
   • Integration of apron feeders with conveyor and stockpile systems.
   • Installation of mechanical pumps for fluid transfer and dust suppression.
   • Fabrication and fitting of platework for chutes, bins, and impact areas.

6. Installation of Structural Stagger

   • Assembly and installation of staggered structural elements to reinforce plant infrastructure.
   • Alignment, bolting, and welding of staggered steel components.
   • Load distribution analysis to optimize weight handling and stability.
   • Final inspection and commissioning to ensure operational readiness.
