Scope of Work – Bisha Mining Process Plant Water Line Project

  1. Welding and Fabrication of HDPE Pole Pipe

    • Cutting, aligning, and welding of HDPE pipes for water distribution.
    • Butt fusion, electrofusion, and extrusion welding techniques to ensure strong, leak-proof joints.
    • On-site fabrication and customization to fit pipeline layouts.
    • Pressure testing to verify structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.

  2. Welding of Steel Pipe

    • Preparation, cutting, and welding of steel pipes for high-pressure water transportation.
    • Use of MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques to ensure durable and corrosion-resistant joints.
    • Pipe alignment, inspection, and quality control to meet engineering specifications.
    • Application of protective coatings to enhance longevity and resistance to harsh conditions.

  3. Pressure Testing and Installation of Pumps

  4. Plant Shutdown and Maintenance

  6. Crane Operations On-Site
